NOTE: When there is an activity outside the library that would require travel, a parent/guardian must sign the Parent Notification, Consent, and Waiver.

Xtreme Fun Nurf Wars - Last Friday of Every Month 

• Nerf Wars Permission Form is required for grades 4th - 12th. Click on the link to fill out and submit the form. 

This form must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to the library before tweens/teens could join the Nerf Wars games. The form will remain on file and updated each year in September.
